What is the Pomodoro technique?
The Pomodoro technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It involves working in focused intervals followed by a short break, then repeating. The Roma Mk.1 supports study intervals of 25, 45, 60, and 90 minutes with break intervals of 5, 10, and 15 minutes.

Is it really analog?
Roma Mk.1 utilises a small digital microcontroller to ensure timing accuracy. All inputs and outputs are analog. There is no screen, WiFi, bluetooth or any other digital distractions.
